Replacement front slider for the APIDEA Mating Nuc

The APIDEA Replacement Front Slider is compatible with all APIDEA Mating Nucs and is ideal for replacing a damaged or lost front slider. It is easy to insert and allows the entrance to be opened and closed securely.

By moving the front slider, the entrance can be opened or closed as required. When the entrance is closed, the ventilation opening remains open to provide the necessary airflow. When the entrance is open, ventilation takes place directly through the entrance. This ensures reliable airflow in both positions.

The front slider is designed to fit the APIDEA Mating Nuc precisely and can be replaced quickly and easily when required. It supports safe handling of the Mating Nuc when populating it with bees, during the confinement period, during transport and when placing it at the desired location.
